Chad grew up in Eastern Washington where he spent most of his teenage years working for general contractors building/remodeling homes and working on ranches around heavy farm equipment. After graduating high school, pursuing a college degree related to construction was an easy decision for him.

Chad spent the next four years at Washington State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree. A week after graduating in May of 2012, he went to work for Swaggart Brothers, Inc. on a project in Pocatello, Idaho. Over the next 6 years, an enormous amount of knowledge and experience was gained from his time in Eastern, Idaho. As the company/region grew, Chad held multiple positions such as Project Engineer, Project Manager and Area Manager over the Idaho division. As an Area Manager, he oversaw the heavy earthworks projects located around the Western U.S. After a successful start to his young career, Chad has chosen to venture off with his previous co-workers to start Stone Ridge Contracting, LLC. Chad currently resides in Pocatello, Idaho with his wife and three sons.
