Roberto came to the United States at the age of 29 from Mexico, as a young man pursuing the American dream. His construction career started as a laborer, however he made up his mind, that his career was not going to stop there. Roberto quickly moved up the ladder to a Foreman, Superintendent, ProjectManager and then finally an Area Manager.During the time Roberto was focused on advancing his career, he also became a United States Citizen, which he is very proud of. He has worked for several companies across the United States becoming more knowledgeable in the construction industry, until he became the Area Manager for a major company where he met the other three business partners. At any given time, he has managed 5 states and up to 200 employees simultaneously. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and the outdoors with his wife and two beautiful children.
